The owner of this business was pleasant and easy to contact with a quick response time!As I do not live in the same city....I was able to make an appointment with him to take a look at my 32 yr old Singer machine with hopes of having it back on the same day, thus eliminating a second trip into Regina.He accommodated me and had it done in a few hours!Turns out I had 20 or so straight pins plus other stuff caught underneath somewhere!Highly recommended!

Darcy was quick and professional. He was able to locate parts for my 30+ year old Pfaff machine. His preventative maintenance was thorough. Machine sews better than it has in years. Very pleased.

Darcy was very thorough with my machine and the service. Shortly after I had an issue with my machine that turned out to be user error with threading. He fixed it up for me at no extra charge. Very quick turn around time too.

Amazing work! Darcy found and fixed all my sewing machine issues. He even fixed the intermittent connection issues with the foot pedal. I've taken it to other places before but nobody was ever as thorough and I was surprised how little he charged... I've paid much more for way less elsewhere. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
