Actually I didn’t get her service.I only made a soumission wich was way too expensive and out of market prices.She wanted to charge me 2700$ for her service for my new house wich I instantly refused and got another notary for 1000$ less! There’s more to say but I’ll stay thereFor my part Highly not recommended.

Je connais Me Kelci depuis de nombreuses années. Je lui ai référé plusieurs clients commerciaux qui ont bénéficiés de ses excellents services au niveau de l'immobilier commercial. De même, je n'ai pas hésité un seul instant à retenir ses services comme notaire lorsque j'ai récemment acquis ma nouvelle maison. Comme toujours, Me Kelci a répondu à mes attentes et les a même dépassées en identifiant et en réglant des points de droits qui devaient être régularisés. Me Kelci possède une vaste expertise et je n'hésiterai pas un instant à la recommander.

Charming and “by the book” at first. However, very unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. Her lack of expertise has made what should have been a simple procedure extremely complicated. And she charged over $4000. I have nothing against her as she does have good qualities, however she has no clue what she is doing. She painfully covers it up via acting like a “know-it-all,” and misdirecting blame on other parties. While she is new, and young, and maybe (obviously) still learning, I would avoid.

Me Kelci est une notaire très sérieuse et rigoureuse. Elle prend toujours le temps d'expliquer la procédure. J'apprécie également le détail de ses mémoires de frais qu'elle expose toujours avant de débuter le mandat et après avoir terminé ses diligences.

Me Kelci was not only clear and pleasant to work with, but more importantly quite knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

I met Me. Sevgi Kelci 6 1/2 years ago when I needed to get a Mandate for Homologation for my mother who was suffering with Alzheimer's Disease. Me. Kelci has prepared several mandates for me and my father. Power of Attorneys, Will for my mother, Will for my father, Will for myself, Estate for my mother, Estate for my father and many consultations, as well at Teams meetings with m y sisters to prepare the Succession for my mother and father when we were selling their home. enough I found Me. Kelci to be extremely kind and most professional. She explains each and every document in detail, leaving you no doubt as to what is required of you in the process. She has alwyas been punctual and responsive to any inquiries I have made. I find her to be highly personable and dedicated to the matter at hand. I would strongly recommend Me. Sevgi Kelci requiring any notary public correspondance and mandates and without doubt, it will be the best of her standards which are extremely high. La venderesse, Américaine, ne connaissait pas les règles fiscales Canadienne, avec en relais un courtier peu efficace....La notaire maître ..... a pu amener l affaire a sa conclusion .Ses compétences et son investissement m'ont permis de signer au prix du compromis.Je la recommande fortement!Me Sevgi Kelci est exceptionnel.
