Sunflower Nails & Spa

I decided to treat myself and get my nails done a couple weeks ago. Normally I'm a creature of habit and while I was pleased with my last set that I got done somewhere else, I had decided to try sunflower... And I'm certainly glad I did! I had Miss Lindsay take care of me and my OCD greatly appreciated the quality of work she had done on my nails! She got them done in a very timely manner and I left there a very pleased customer! I will definitely be returning and I will most definitely be taking my daughter here very soon! ( sorry for my old looking and dry hands in the picture! Haha)

Would not recommend to anyone. The worst nails I have ever received. The picture is the day I got them “done”

I went to get my nails done, every nail is a different length. These ladies sit and talk to each other in their language and don’t try to talk to their customers.My spouse went for a pedicure and had a bad infection in his big toe afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend them and I don’t think they are very sanitary

My wife came here on Friday, Overall the salon has improved over the years! Great staff, Friendly people, and Chill vibes. The Pedicure and Manicure was fantastic too!

Had a pedicure today and I had more toes bleeding then not. Asked her to stop probably 30 times from cutting way down the sides of my toes and no joke ripping at my cuticles back. There is no way I could put shoes on because every toe is sore. My two toes that were bleeding the most are extremely sore, tender and throbbing still 12 hours later. Really hope I don’t get an infection.

Very rude! Always talking in their own language in front of their customers. Didn't listen to what I was saying, totally ignored my concerns.

we’re nice but they didn’t start on me and my friends nails until an hour after our appointment, (it was at 11:15 and we weren’t out of there until 2) my nails starting falling off less than 2 weeks after i got them, they didn’t paint them they just used powder and it looked tacky, overcharged me 100% and the prices on the board are not true what so ever. DO NOT recommend.

Showed up at my appointment time, and had to wait 15 min to get in. Received a 20 min pedicure. They went way too fast and both my friend and I were in pain. We both were bleeding. I told the lady to not pick at my toes and she did anyways. My friend’s toes were all different shapes/not the shape she asked for. Lots of polish around the skin and polish is bubbling. When we told them we were not happy with the pedicure they yelled at us and said it wasn’t fair and we still had to pay full price. We ended up paying for the polish and left with bleeding feet. 0/10. Do not recommend and will never go back. Not professional at all.

I was in Lethbridge for my son’s wrestling finals and my daughter and I decided to get our nails done. This was the only place that could take us on such short notice, and I see why. The girls doing our pedicures and nails were brutal. They cut our cuticles on both hands and feet to the point that they bled, said sorry, then kept going, doing it over and over again. The girl that did my nails was coughing like crazy and not covering her mouth, and was rough. I needed my old nails removed before the new ones put on and she got lazy, and just sanded down what she could (which hurt) and put false tips on my false nails… they should have been soaked off. Then they charged $200 for a basic job that left us in pain and my nails looked awful. I do not recommend anyone go to this place.

This has been my go-to place, but the last two times haven't been great. One of the technicians is so aggressive she has made my toes bleed. She put some green stuff on the bleeding and then, at the end, squirted a solution over my feet. After today'pedicure, I cannot put a shoe on because of the damage done to my pinky toe.I didn't complain this time because last time I pointed out the bleeding and was brushed off. Still had to pay full price.
