Just awful customer service. I have been disconnected 3 times trying to make a claim for my Galaxy S8 cell phone.It's sad because I worked at Futureshop many years ago and I used to promote their service. Back then it was a great service and claims were simple. Don't bother buying their warranty. I've spent $15 per month nearly three years and have not received any benefit. That's about $480.00 of my money down the drain, as my phone is worth less than that to repurchase.

It has been almost 5 weeks since I called to have my dishwasher (which is under warranty) repaired. Still nothing.. unresponsive and unhelpful.

Worst service ever. Highly NOT recommended.I believe they are just money hungry type of service. Every time I went in even with a simple solution I never have what is being done explained or they don't ever have an idea of what I'm asking for. Also when they do know the service that is required they state they can not do anything to assist me.Honestly I would like my money back seeing as it has not been 4 years yet and I don't see the service being of any use.

Always helpful and prompt with service. Turnaround has always been less than estimate, usually 24hrs. Understood the problem and provided the best solution. Well worth the monthly fee.

Terrible experience trying to end my maintenance plan for my laptop. After getting confirmation of cancellation and paying fees for that I find out they still taking the monthly payments. This is ridiculous and incredibly frustrating.

Called the customer service 3 times ,3 times they put me on hold and cancel the line.Was trying to return a TV which had complaints within 7 days .Not at all helpful customer service .Never take Geek squad service at all.Dont waste money by going through Geek Squad.Extremely poor customer service.The service techs who installed the Tv was good ,but customer service is horrible.
