OMG They were so friendly and helpful they change my harddrive on my laptop it was done very fast. After I pick it up got home turn it on and it was open instantly. Then I had to connect back to the internet again very fast. Last was connecting my printer I just plug in my printer and right away it downloaded my drive ask me to print a test page again fastI would recommend you guys to anyone very fast an excellent and fast service. And price are great

My wife bought a new Samsung tablet and wanted to transfer all data including Kobo books from the old tablet to her new one. I used Smartswihch which was successful, but not her books. I took it to Mobile Mend who helped us in 10 minutes. The young lady at the counter was so helpful. Highly recommend them for phones, tablets or laptops.

Like seriously, you're going into a mobile store - and you genuinely walk out happy! These guys really have customer service down. Both times I am 100% satisfied with the professional and efficient service that I received.Anyone that I have recommended these guys to has already heard great things about them or has had their own excellent experience. I read through all the reviews, the one left by a guy named Paul is typical of his feedbacks he leaves, like complaining the POS was in French at a store he visited in Quebec! No pleasing people like that. Kudos to Justin for his grace in dealing with it. Please keep up the fantastic service you provide and we will go nowhere else.

They are fantastic!!! Bought a phone they walked me through everything…great price. When I found my totally destroyed phone they were able to fix and retrieve info. Fast and fair.

I won't go into detail, but took my daughters tablet in with what I thought was a damaged charging port. Left extremely impressed. Because of my experience I won't even contemplate ever going anywhere else to have electronics repaired other than here. It's totally awesome when you go to a business and leave feeling better than when you went in. Don't go anywhere else but here!
