The diversity of their website sold me on its own, then going in to their change room to find the mirror had a curtain over it sold me even more. I applaud you Aerie, I will for sure be back.

Very slow service. Was waiting in line as a customer while one employee exchanged clothes for a fellow employee on shift. Very unprofessional, super slow, and not impressed.

It’s my first time seeing the store and it’s a very bright and clean store.

I went in on opening day. The store looked great and I typically order my aerie stuff online so I was so excited to finally have a store to shop in. However the one manager taller with curly dark hair made my experience so unpleasant I won’t be coming back, at least not for a while. Not only was she short with me but I overheard her several times tell her staff they didn’t know what they were doing at cash and couldn’t understand why they couldn’t figure things out for themselves. Their registers also weren’t accepting any reward details and when I asked her about how to add them to my account as I had purchased over $150 in product she told me to call customer service and figure it out.

Ridiculous prices for the lower quality clothing. The staff are awful no customer service what so ever!!!Never coming back here again!!Fire the whole crew!

Just bought so much things from here. They have a great staff and I love the positive notes that they put on the mirrors at the fitting room. I will come back again with my daughter!

the store was very nice and organized but one of the employees was a little too outgoing talking to us about the sales. she said a few comments that made it very uncomfortable. as we were walking into a different section, she looked at us weirdly for not buying anything from where we were previously standing. she stopped us and asked if we were going to buy anything, we just said we were browsing. we started to walk out because it felt super awkward and then she stopped us again asking if we were sisters. it was overall uncomfortable and we felt forced to buy something.

I will rate this store 3 stars because we had bad experience but we had A good one as well! My friends went here yesterday afternoon, and said that no one talked to them as three ladies by the cashier were busy talking to each other. They could hear the 3 girls laughing and talking, while the other girl working was doing work. We went back with my other friends to buy some clothes in the evening, Luckily, the girl by the fitting room was nice, answered our questions and helped us decide and get sizes. On Top of that, she was folding and fixing the clothes that previous customers did not take, while the others working were on their phones or talking still. They were nice when we were paying thoughI hope this store also had a system like at the other stores that asks who helped them, I hope the girl working and helping everyone gets the credit !By the looks of the reviews, customer service is one of the things that this store should look into. This is also not the first time I heard that the employees are just talking with each other BEFORE helping customers, or not helping other co-employees.
