TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The personal banking associate there Sourav Kumar is awesome！He is nice friendly and professional. I trust him to do my banking needs！

All the staff in this branch are very nice and provide excellent customer services. Abbey is great at her job. Very polite and kind, was able to help me out. I love dealing with her and this branch

Idk when they stopped letting people access the atm after business hours but you would think it would be open 7 days a week then. People still need cash after 6pm and on Sundays

The new manager, Rebecca, is one of the most unprofessional, rude people I have ever dealt with at that branch. Clearly you do not have to be customer-oriented or professional to be promoted at TD. If it's not in her job description, she won't do something for a customer. And make sure you know the details of your account when dealing with her. She has tried to charge me multiple times for things that I am not require to pay for due to the type of account I have. Rebecca is miserable and doesn't smile and isn't even capable of being polite. All of the other managers smile and greet customers when they are dealing with them. Rebecca spends all day scowling and doesn't even have the common courtesy to be polite to customers or greet them kindly. That branch just seems to be going downhill and their customer service is getting worse and worse. Clearly they do not care about your business.

I don't recommend this branch for service:-It seems the branch is in a period of turnover where a majority of staff are new/inexperienced. This caused a lot of back/forth due to inaccurate information and slower processes.-I had a terrible experience setting up our mortgage with one of the personal bankers, Hector V., during the process he rarely answered emails/phone calls, after a week of our lawyers going back/forth for information from him, he waited until the night before our house closed to finalize the bridge loan, and to date I'm still waiting for an email back from him.

Went to the branch to setup pre-authorized payment for a TD credit card. The intern had no idea how to handle it. One supervisor briefly taught him the process and went back to the desk to chat with another coworker, left the intern to finish the application. Not sure if he was too nervous.He made two mistakes on the application. After I pointed it out and corrected it, they told me it will be setup for my next bill. One month later,when I called the TD credit card department, they said no application was received. Then called branch, they couldn't find it either . Ended up canceling the credit card to save further troubles

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION - SWITCH BANKSstaff are condescending and extremely rude ... they will laugh at you out loud and make hideous remarks; I was flabbergasted by the attitude and tone the “manager” used towards me. Dopey looking supervisor *adam* looked high, couldn’t formulate a sentence to save his life, and I could smell his terrible breath through the glass. (Please wear a mask if not for covid for the sake of your co-workers) Mr. dopey repeated countless times I was “wasting his time” , “I have better things to do” , “it’s your own fault” , and my personal favourite, “switch banks if you’re not happy” ... all in the span of 10 minutes. His attitude matches his attire which directly correlates to the service provided. Teller was great though.

What a waste of time, space, air, and land. The employees are not helpful, and tell you to do it yourself. I do wonder why people are paid if I have to do everything myself anyhow. Manager was equally unhelpful. Wish Banking Institutions would be better at banking... Guess you don't have to be proficient in that to make money off of people. Again, what a waste. Edit; also the 5 star reviews look super fake, the amount of one star reviews speaks volumes lol

I live far from this location but it’s worth the drive every time! Most of the interactions I’ve had here have been very positive. The employees are extremely helpful, patient and respectful. I never feel rushed here and they make sure you’re taken care of!
