Arnold Hearing Centres
Had my wax removed by an intern, Milka, with the supervision of her mentor Sarah. Milka walked me through the entire procedure, showed me the before and after of my ear using a video which was really cool to see and ensured I was comfortable. Beautiful location with really friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Arnold Hearing Centres
Visited the Greenbrook location, today. I was greeted by Kim and Natalie. They were super accommodating and managed to squeeze me in - after realizing I goofed up by accidentally booking with an alternative location.Kim took care of the administration side of things, and notified the alternative location for me. Natalie took care of the hearing assessment, and slipped in some neat little fun facts about the inner workings of the ear. Overall 10/10 experience from these two. Thank you!

My experience with Arnold Hearing Centre on Greenbrook Drive has been nothing but positive!Kim and Andrea make for a very pleasant atmosphere when you walk in. They seem genuinely happy to see you and are SO helpful.As for Sarah, she is truly living out her life's passion in helping people just like me.I highly recommend them for sure!

Great staff and very friendly atmosphere!After working years in construction I felt it was a good idea to gert a hearing test done. The staff at Arnold Hearing centre were very nice and extremely informative and insightful.The hearing test was a fun experience and I greately appreciated the help and attention I recieved.Thank you!
