Reliable Mobility

Reliable mobility was able to install a rental ramp on very short notice and were able to provide and drop off other mobility items at the same time. The service Graham provided was great. There was a billing issue that was resolved fairly and courteously. I would use Reliable Mobility again and recommend them to others. It is wonderful to have this business in our neighbourhood.

The staff are not very knowledgeable, don’t ask questions pertaining to the client’s needs. They don’t know their products.UPDATE:I did speak with Graham. I’m happy repot that I did feel he took the experience as an opportunity to do better for the next customer.

Is there a rating less than one star? I wish there was.I took a friends scooter there to repair an ignition problem in mid November of 2022. I am still waiting for the scooter on the second of February of 2023.I have contacted them several times and even spoke to the manager who assured me everything would taken care of. That was a month and a half ago.I have been told two times, The parts should be in next week." That was December and January. I have been told on three occasions that the repair technician would get back to me. Still waiting. One time the person answering the phone could not locate the scooter or my name for the contact info regarding the scooter.My friend has become quite depressed now because he cannot get around like he used to.Please

I was referred here by Diamond Athletics. I rented a wheelchair, was not asked any questions and was given a wheelchair that does not have the features I require. I will be returning it and renting one from somewhere else.Parking is terrible, had to park at the parking lot in the back lane. (it is located on Portage Ave). Their parking lot and sidewalk was glare ice, quite surprising for a store that sells mobility products as their customers have mobility problems. I do not recommend this store at all.

Horrible service dealing with my wheelchair.Never calls back. Have to hound them for anything.I decided to give them one more chance when I needed parts. Never heard anything back.

Purchased a Jazzy chair from this company and would highly recommend them. The staff are awesome very friendly and helpful. Would purchase here again.

Well I did find that this is a very GOOD place to get GREAT SERVICE for your walker as I found the staff do cate about their customers be it the girl at the front desk or the employee from the back who worked on my walker they both showed that they do care and I would just like to thank them for the GREAT SERVICE that I did relieve today so THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND PLEASE GAVE ONE VERY HAPPY DAY

Definitely not a reliable company. Understaffed, poor communication and zero follow up. Bought a wheelchair over 6 months ago, and was never properly fitted. Returned and was charged addional costs for a tech to come fit. Paid 3 months ago and still waiting. The care home has left messages and I have left messages but still no follow up back. Avoid using if possible.
