Unfortunately I live nowhere near here but I order and interact with them online. Customer service is always a good quick response. JR does so much online for the bowling community, ad to have him around

Drove over from SW Michigan to checkout the shop and get a new ball. Greg spent an hour on the lanes determining my track, revs, et al for my layout. At the same time, we worked on ball speed, approach, and follow through. It was well worth the trip out there, and J.R. drilled the ball. The guys gave me a lot to work on before my next trip out there.

JR and Kurry are excellent! JR is super knowledgeable and has drilled my last 3 bowling balls I've gotten and I've never been bowling better. Best bowling pro shop and staff around!!!
