I am glad big stores don’t sell 16x16x1 anymore, so I searched to find this place!I used to pay $15-$20 per piece at Rona and now I got 12 filters for $62 all in.This is $5 per piece!Friendly staff and you can buy it online then go pick it up after 30 minutes! They have shipping as well.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE INCORRECT AND THEY DON'T CARE, NO REFUNDS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I purchased some large furnace filters from this place. They sent me twice as many as I ordered, but half the size. When I reached out, they told me to just tape them together (K, if I wanted to build furnace filters I would have done though, but that's why I bought them). Anyway, so I do that, and the filters are clearly way too small. There is over an inch gap.See a 30 wide filter is actually only 29.75" wide (for good filters) or 29.5" wide (for low quality filters like this company). And a 15" filter is only 14.5" wide (again

Bad experience. Will not order with them again.Confusing and slow shipping,I ordered a wrong size filter, drove to the store to exchange for the right one, just to EXCHANGE a filter, they wanted to charge me 20% RESTOCKING. Seriously?What happened to understanding and considerate customer service? Unbelievable.

Always had to order my filters in the U.S because it was too expensive in Canada ( I have 2 HVAC systems in my home), until I found Furnace Filters, amazing service, prompt delivery, and most importantly great prices, making another order now! Love this company, highly recommend!Montreal

Great walk in place to get your furnace filters at a reasonable price easy to locate and lots of parking available. You can always call in or order online, but you get a nice saving when you pick up in person. Friendly staff reception and people when you call in inquiring about certain products.

Ordered my parts online for less than anywhere else. Arrived on time without issue. Great service and great price.

These furnace filters are not true to size. When I requested a return I was informed that I would have to pay the shipping cost as well as a 25% restocking fee. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Bad customer service. Shame on Amazon for dealing with such an unscrupulous company. I have never had a problem returning anything I’ve purchased through Amazon before.

These cost about $40 per filter in home Depot. After a bit of Googling found this store. Shipping took about 2 days in around Christmas time which is pretty good. Feel like they're decent quality on par with HD filters.
