Michelle, the massage therapist, is amazing. However, it's impossible to book in, because 9 out of 10 times that you call, no one will pick up nor will they return your call. I've been going for years out of convenience, I work right by there, but by no means is it for the poor management and reception desk. Their actions make it evident that they aren't interested in customer service nor your business.Follow-up: Your response is incorrect. When the receptionist called me back, after I left the review, she said she was on break (at 9AM, when they open), so missed my call. And when you called and asked about my massage following the booking, my response was that I was heading into an appointment and had to let you go, I never did provide a response regarding the massage treatment itself.

First time at the Damara Spa Bessborough Location. I gave it a try despite the bad reviews and now I regret it. The place is empty for obvious reasons; the service is below standard; the therapist doesn’t seem to enjoy her job, she was unfriendly and was in a hurry. It was dim but I can see her dirty uniform, the head rest was full of hair and the linen smelt used and dirty. Can you just imagine if the light was on I would probably have seen more filthy stuff. One thing is for sure I didn’t feel relaxed.

Just spent an amazing 2.5 hours with Barinder at Damara Spa at the Bess. Body wrap and facial were amazing. Her massage was relaxing and had the perfect amount of pressure. Conscientious of my comfort throughout the session. I highly recommend booking a treatment at Damara Spa. An incredible experience awaits you.

Great spa! Excellent massage from Jessica. After the nightmare at Movement Chiropractic last week (see earlier review) - this was a great way to decompress.

What a relaxing experience. We did the romance package enjoying a scrub for two, relaxing soak and massage. The therapist were quiet and let us enjoy the tranquility. The red twinkle lights added to the ambiance.

Much appreciated hard work of Jessica to relax my muscles super tired after a lot of hiking. Great Job! Nice atmosphere, good facility, recommended.

Had the most lovely, beautiful and relaxing experience with this spa. My esthetician Barinder was incredible … so kind and excellent at what she does. I shall be back again very soon.

I went for a lovely massage when I was visiting Saskatoon! the front desk lady 'Tamara' was amazing. really pleasant welcoming. over all amazing service! they offer few different types of services. highly recommend this place.

I booked massage with Sanjana. Before, I had back pain. After, the massage I didn’t feel any pain in my back. Sanjana is skillful and so experienced. I refer everyone to go there and take message with Sanjana. She is RMT. I recommend it to people as it healed my pain and it can be really relaxing to you too.

My two friends and I booked online at this spa for a nice spa day together. when we showed up, we got put in a waiting room for minutes because they were short staffed which then resulted in them cutting our facials short. There were no change rooms or bathrobes so there’s not a spa feel to it. The three of us signed up for the 75 minute signature deluxe facial which got cut to 60mins. The facial consisted of different cleansers put on, followed by a hot towel on your face (can be hard to breathe ), a scrub followed by another towel and then some more lotion products followed by more towels. It was a below average facial for the price we paid. The pedicure was extremely sub par. My friend didn’t get her nails clipped, lotion or any type of foot rub. My girl took 30 minutes to just take my nail polish off and I also didn’t get any cuticle care. Again, extremely disappointing. We all got relaxation massages with RMT’s and they were amazing. My other friend was supposed to get a 30 minute foot massage but her girl kept getting up and leaving mid massage. We were all told that we were not going to be charged for the time cut off of our appointments. I’m writing this review because my friends and I were extremely excited for a relaxing day at a nice spa getting pampered and we didn’t receive that. 10/10 recommend the massage but if you are looking for a good spa experience, this isn’t the place to go.
