Rude, dismissive staff. Are they volunteers or paid? Who cares, they are RUDE. Shame on you!!! 5 dealings with this office, what a let down. We never donated because the staff was RUDE.

Note that they have a new address on the bypass. I don't know about the rude and dismissive comment since I have never had any problem with the staff. Maybe it was a case of yet another self entitled person going in with an attitude and the volunteer staff justifiably responding.

Steven was so helpful and amazing. He explained the loan process and helped me decide on the proper equipment to assist me after my fall. My brother was able to pick up the equipment for me and said it was so quick and easy. Thank you again :))

Excellent provision of items post-surgery - walkers, canes, crutches and whatever else you might need, all that is requested is a donation if you can afford it. Staffed by volunteers

I needed certain pieces of medical equipment to assist my recovery after hip replacement surgery. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was NO Charge for the equipment, so I made a donation to the Canadian Red Cross in appreciation. For anyone reading this review, whether or not you need this service and if you are able, they are always in need of funds to keep operating and to continue this valuable service.
