Chanez and sydnee are one of the best. Definitely Best service I have gotten. They were very helpful. Went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues. Was able to leave the store with a New phone with a great deal. Thank you!!!

The customer service provided by Kat, team lead in computing and home solutions, is exemplary. She is extremely knowledgeable in product features and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Her cheerful demeanor when dealing with customers makes the buying experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Apparently you’re allowed to buy items, but when the item is defective you’re not allowed to return it? I just had all the employees at my till watching me get denied about retuning an item. You could see an employee say something on their radio then they all gathered and watched. Talk about embarrassing. Anyways I heard about this store being mean and racial profiling. Seems about right. Would not recommend shopping at Best Buy. The manager was very ignorant and was smirking the whole time… very professional.

There is a person that works there goes by the name of Daryl I believe. I felt immediately profiled when I was dealing with him. He was very ignorant and cocky seeming, I immediately left and went to staples. I heard from other people it was like that for them to. Just trying to ask for information about a product shouldn't be hard..

Great experience… Kat, team leader, was amazing as she helped me purchase my new iphone 14 Pro.. she was very patient with me as I am not “ techy “.. the deal was great and I left her store confident I had purchased the perfect phone.. Thank you, Kat.

Not a great visit. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about what I needed. In their defence it was a Monday lol. Clean store and friendly enough though.

Just left the store with nothing in my hand. I went there to grab a tablet. I live 45 mins away from Lloydminster. Got the tablet, which was suppose to be given to me free cause the cashier just gave it to me and said have a good night. IT WAS ME WHO SAID , I HAVE NOT PAID FOR IT. i have a bottle of water with me and told her i will pay for it too but will do a split tender. She asked if I am paying split cash or card. I amswered card. Then she rang the tablet without putting the water, so i thought that is how things are done. Then she said oh, you want the water. She cancelled the transaction and since I have a prepaid card it wont go through. No apology from anyone from this store. Awful service. This is what I get for being honest. She was even annoyed. So I am going home with an empty hand and just pure waste of time - that tablet should have been a gift to my daughter. Now nothing. I asked for the voided receipt, and they did not give me anything - was told that's how it works. Thank you to your crew.

I wish I got the employees name, but we just had the best customer service I have ever had. We had a very miserable toddler while shopping and an employee went above and beyond to put a smile on his face. She was beyond amazing.
