Hébergement Charlevoix

Last week we rented Che4 cottage. The cottage was well appointed with a nice view of the St Lawrence, comfortable beds and a nice hot tub on a large deck. Unfortunately, it was not well maintained or cleaned well. When we arrived we noticed garbage on the ground and steps to the main entrance. On entering the cottage there was a horrible rotting smell in the kitchen. We discovered THREE rotting mice in the garbage can under the kitchen sink. There were mouse droppings in all the cabinets and drawers around the kitchen sink. The owner did not respond to email we sent regarding this. Towards the end of our stay a security alarm kept sounding. We contacted the owner and were instructed to unlock door to water heater under the stairs. We discovered leaking pipes and black mold on the walls. Owner said he would send a plumber, but we saw no evidence of the problem being resolved by the end of our stay. Definitely NOT a 4 star accommodation!

Everything was perfect! There is everything you need and a wonderful view on the water! Helene and Jacque gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. Nice hiking activities and cute little city nearby.Thank you, Helene!

We were at ETO-17. Very disappointing - Bedding not clean upon arrival, we had to wash them. No extra towels, no dish cloths at all, pots and pans were dirty and no cleaning products available. Very poor lighting inside and outside the house. It says equipped kitchen but missing a lot of essentials to be convenient for a large group. Very expensive for what we got.

This is one of the best chalet I have ever rented. The kitchen was really well stock. We did fondue and raclette with their equipment. We rented both side of the duplex and opened the connecting door and it worked perfectly. The view is also amazing. The owners were super quick and responsive even on Dec 25th with an internet question. Hebergement Charlevoix was always very nice and quick to answer. We lost a watch in the chalet and they made sure to look for it and found it! Seriously it was just perfect. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home! Working with Hébergement Charlevoix was easy and convenient. We will be returning next year.

Nice chalet! But equipment is very old and does not work well. Washing machine, drying machine do not work well. Dishes are and pots and pans are not too pleasant to cook and eat on. Can opener that doesn’t works. Owner is cheap on soap toilet paper towel paper etc. Basically he provides futon style mattresses and uncomfortable pillows and a nice view.Ps. No net is provided to clear the spa of leaves and bugs

We were at the Port-Au-Saumon site for a weekend. Fantastic value for the price. The location is beautiful, with many hiking paths of varying difficulty and some stunning views along the way. The cabins are small but cozy. The staff are all super friendly. All meals are included; breakfast and the lunch box were adequate, but the dinners were delicious! I will be back for sure.

Amazing place, there is everything that you need for a great vacation. Wonderful place to relax. Small lake surrounded by forest, private beach, fire pit. We enjoyed the silence and solitude. We will definitely come there again.

The food was amazing and the staff too! The chalets arent made for couples though (5 twin size bed in ours), but everything else was perfect. The view, the stars at night, the quiet and the peace is priceless. Highly recommend
