Fantastic experience from referral to visit. The secretary was great at scheduling things. I had no problems getting through first thing in the morning. The audiologist was very kind and extremely informative. The doctor had a good bedside manner and was able to answer all of my questions fully. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

Avoid here by all means necessary. I have a six year old and was told to bring her to emergency for her nose bleeds because the doctor schedule is fully booked...then the receptionist hung up on me :/ you also can't email the office or leave a voice message and it took me three days of trying to call to speak to reception because they are so busy

Truly appreciating Dr. Sandra and her team who provide great services to our peel region and admiring our doctor providing excellent medical and physical care with her all patients. Also my little son described his Doctor as very kind, attentive, brave, calm, cooperative, super energetic, friendly, gracious, humorous, very knowledgeable, selfless, skillful and wise. Friendly and professional although my appointment was delayed about an hour. Thorough in questioning my medical history, listened and responded to my concerns well, examination was quick and prescribed me a possible solution. She removed my son’s and daughter’s tonsils and adenoids… extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Both healed fast and had no issues post op. Professional, quick and to the point without pushing anything that’s not necessary. The office is busy so if you’re patient and polite, I’ve never had an issue with booking or speaking to someone.

Doctors lazy. After meeting the doctor I was told to wait for a call to book an MRI. Since the wait time is very long to get an appointment I wanted to ask the doctor for a prescription so I can get it done elsewhere. It’s pointless to call because I guess they’re very busy and you’d be lucky to get your call answered. So I went to the office yesterday morning to ask for the prescription and the receptionist told me she’d email it the next morning since the doctor has it. I didn’t receive any email this morning so I called this afternoon to ask why I haven’t received an email. Luckily my call was answered (Ive been coming back and forth for a little over a month due to my ear pain and this is the first time I’ve gotten my call answered. Usually I have to physically go into the office). The receptionist told me she’d definitely send it by today as the doctor has yet again been a bit busy. I still didn’t receive my prescription. I’ll be going tomorrow to try and hopefully get it on the spot because Ive been in pain for over a month. It's tiring and I’m fed up.DON’T waste your time and energy here, it's super unprofessional.

1. When you call them someone will answer 10% of the time.2. They NEVER call you back even when they said they will.3. They are bad in giving timeline/estimates.4. They are disorganized.I brought a form for my son that the Doctor needs to sign, they said they will call us in two weeks so we can pick it up. They NEVER called. I had to try to call them during my free time because of course I have work. The secretary/receptionist answered the call and I was told that after multiple calls on different days in several WEEKS. She said the form is with the Doctor who was not at the clinic at that time and that she will be back in 2 weeks and that she will call me. I waited for two weeks NO ONE CALLED. I called several times again and finally got a hold for her again yesterday, she said the form is MISSING!!! She asked if I can give them a new copy of the form and I said NO because that form has been signed by two other Doctors as well. She said they will look for the form and will call me back within the day. AGAIN NO ONE CALLED! I have been calling them several times yesterday, this morning, this afternoon and now BUT NO ONE is answering! I am a working MOM and I expect them to value my time just like how I value theirs! I have been very patient for the past several weeks (almost two months). They not only are wasting my precious time, but I also spent money to pay the other Doctors who signed the form and now they are just IGNORING ME! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Dr. Vojvodich is a fine doctor, who is thorough and competent. My concern is that it takes a long time to get an update on my MRI results which I had done in early January. I scheduled two phone consults with Dr. Vojvodich, but never received a call during my scheduled meetings. I called a third time and left a message. Two months later I still don't know the results.

Great experience. The receptionist was friendly and easy to talk too. She was drowning in a pile of patient folders, yet still acknowledged me! The audiologist was very professional and extremely informative. Dr. Vojvodich was kind and gentle with good bedside manner and was able to answer all of my questions fully. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Got a referral from my family doctor for my daughter, waited 2 months for an appointment date and they said they never received the requisition when that status shows at my family doctor’s office showed as received. We scheduled an appointment, Dr. Sandra prescribed medication and requested to get an x-ray done, almost 2 month in and she didn’t even call back with the result. I called the office and they said they’ll have Dr. Sandra call that same day, it’s been a week and she still didn’t call. Had to subscribe to Pocket Health to get the results and they require immediate attention…and of course no one answers the phone to talk to Dr. Sandra and the receptionist to express my concerns…by far one of the worst!!!
