He is an honest and hardworking individual who cares for his clients. In our dealings with him he advised us properly as to the value of our house and we were able to sell it for a good price at a difficult time.We gave him the parameters for the purchase of a condo and he met them. I can’t say enough fabulous things about Michael! I met him at an open house about 5 years ago and from the moment we met he was always a huge source of honest knowledge. He never made me feel pressured or bad about any decision I had and would always have my best interest at heart! I want to thank Michael Steinman for his excellent job helping me find a new tenant for my rental apartment.Michael immediately responded to my phone call when I needed a new contract.He came to see the apartment right away and gave me the monthly market rental estimation. Also, he suggested a few minor touch-ups to improve the unit's value and get a premium price/time.Michael followed up with the renovations, and when the apartment was ready, he listed it on MLS the same day.We received a few offers, which he presented to me, pointing out the strength and weaknesses of each one to my complete satisfaction.The new rental contract was signed in three days after its listing.Michael is professional, experienced, and has extensive knowledge of the real estate market.
