My husband and I went tonight to make large item returns. Such a pleasant experience. The staff were amazing. They helped us out so much, knowing which boxes for us to buy in order to mail. Excellent service. Our first time at this location. Will be the only location we will be using whenever we need to. Thankyou guys for making it so much easier for us.

They charge $2.50 to print ONE piece of black and white paper. Even a shipping label. $2.50 for a label folks. Go elsewhere.

Great first experience at this location. I went on Wednesday morning 10 am, and there was only one old lady working. She is super sweet and catered to my package with care. I was shipping a laptop so it required a bit of work.Even though other customers were rude to her for no reason, she was really calm and tried to work as efficiently as she could.Deserves 4 stars, I hope they add more staff because it's difficult for 1 old person to do everything especially in covid times when people are shipping a lot!!

Would not give receipt for return package. Other UPS locations such as the one by Eglinton Square do. It is also illegal for businesses to refuse to give a receipt in Canada. Looking at other reviews, it seems the owners (who are the staff) are racist. Would recommend any other UPS location.

We were shipping our HP computer to be fixed under warranty. As soon as we walked in a lady came and took the box and scanned it. We didn't have tape on the box so she went and got some tape. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Less than a day later we received an email from HP confirming that they received the computer. Good service from this lady. We don't usually deal with UPS but our experience so far is very good. Thanks UPS.

Such a pleasure to deal with the UPS staff at 170 The Donway West. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and provide prompt service. Canpar and FedEx could take a lesson from them.
