MDzyne CAD Drafting Services - 2D/3D Drafting

We were very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness and quality of MDzyne’s work for us. They took direction well and were well priced. They prepared a useful concept sketch / site plan which we were able to use in several tasks during our preliminary development work for a major 10 acre site.We would use them again.

MDzyne was very patient dealing with a retired electrical contractor playing architect as well as a three-family-client making changes as the project progressed. We are happy with our plans and look forward to building.

They are one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. The CAD file I was given is not supported. They also give out a fake phone number in emails so when you call them it’s always busy. Then when they want to reach out they’ll call you from a different number completely. They took over 6 months to complete a simple product and have not fixed the issues that remain. The best advice I could give to someone thinking about using this service. RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!P.S. I have received a call saying they will fix the issue. This review will be updated when the problem is fixed

As a large organization and in our unit for over 20 years, we required new CAD drawings to prepare for some renovations. A representative from MDzyne was at our office within 48 hours and had our new drawings to us very quickly. The response time was just amazing! MDyzyne is experienced, professional and the end product was superior! Can't say enough about the high level of customer service!

Great experience. Great customer service. MDZYNE did a professional job making changes I needed to a set of house plans I purchased online. Moe was very easy to work with and delivered what he said he would. Turn around time was very quick. Definitely would use them again.

MDzyne INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! It is always a leap of good faith to use a vendor over the internet that you aren’t familiar with. I called MDzyne last week to inquire about putting an as-built floor plan to CAD. After years of experience, Mo was extremely knowledgeable about the process and explained his service in detail. He said his turn-time for my job would be two days, and he quoted a price. He did everything as he stated and even made quick changes after my review. It was done perfectly on time and at the price he quoted. I now have my plans in both PDF and CAD formats. I can’t recommend anyone more qualified, professional, friendly and responsive to our drafting needs.
