Mark and his crew helped me insulate my basement properly. Instead of wood and insulation batts, He suggested his system of foam and steel stud. What a difference it made. The whole house is warmer. Kudos to SI construction. Great job and even better service. Thanks again Mark.

We have had the system in our personal home the past 8 years. We love the floor system, and the basement is always so warm. We decided not to do the infloor heat, and very happy we made that decision as its not required. Tile floors have never cracked, and in perfect condition. Great product, and a must have in terms of optional upgrades in a new home.

I discovered SIC’s product when I was looking for an energy efficient building for our recreational, lake property in the Summer Village of White Sands. The design, building strength, ease of build, and energy efficiency of the SIC foundation walls were a perfect solution for our needs. The product was competitively priced with lower labour costs than traditional stick building. With Mark’s help, we came up with a two-story design that incorporates a garage on the ground level and living quarters above. We also used the SIC flooring system to complete the build.Mark and his team have gone above and beyond in providing guidance and facilitating my needs in all aspects of the build. He has helped find creative solutions to any and all challenges regardless of the source of the problem. Even with the considerable commute from Edmonton to White Sands, he was on site when needed to help me out. Their customer service far exceeds any company I have dealt with. The quality of the product and its construction design have impressed all trades involved, as well as the home inspector. I would definitely use this product again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to build.

Polycore saved the day when we had a flood from all the rains two weeks ago! (new sump pump did not work) As the emergency crew went forth with the mitigation efforts they had said they would have to rip out the walls to dry it out. We told them of our Polycore and steel studs foundation and they said they had seen this kind of basement before (we thought that was awesome since we were some of the early adopters of this technology)They also said we were lucky because this type of insulation gives a better outcome than the pink insulated batting as it doesn't soak up moisture. No matter what kind of flood you have, even a minor flood means they have to remove the pink insulation because it will wick up the water make the drywall wetter- but not with our Polycore foundation. So instead of months and months of deconstruction and removal and drying of the foundation walls the next week they came to find the drywall that had been exposed had dried out. It was such an incredible relief and good outcome and made me so glad to have chosen this technology 14 years ago. Not to mention how warm and cozy it is in the winter downstairs in the basement - pretty much the warmest place in the house with our in floor heating on the slab.

KRW Construction has done numerous builds with the SI system over the years using the project for our own builds and supplying install for some of SI Constructions projects. Acting as general contractor I have to be able to install something I can stand behind and warranty and over the past 4 years of supplying installs I have not had one call back and nothing but great reviews from my clients. Mark is great to work with and look forward to doing more work with him in the future.

I used the Polycore floor system in remodeling my unfinished basement. Mark was very helpful with questions all along the way, and I had no problems installing it myself. It was easier and much more economical for my situation than pouring a concrete slab. Great product and great customer service.

I heard about this company from an architect. We used this system for an addition Master bedroom on the main floor with a basement. As an experienced builder I found this system far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to any build. Insulation factor and simple to work with. As a insulating company we worked along side KRW Construction to spray foam the joists and roofs of their SI Panel builds. As a company built on helping clients save as much energy as possible it’s always a pleasure working on an SI Build as we know leaving site we have helped to offer the client one of the most energy efficient homes. We used Si Construction to build our basement and and then put our old house back down on it and then we used them to build an addition on to our house.They made this possible for us to do !! There prices were amazing and ALL there help from start to finish was nothing less then fantastic !It was a super easy to put together ,cant say enough of the product! (it sure had our little town buzzing so many people over to see what we were using! lol )They were there to answer every question and helped up and above anything we asked . Mark was exceptionally great and we would highly recommend these guys for your project !Wish I could give 10 stars!
