I have been dealing with Ash for years now at my rental properties. He always gets me better prices than other vendors, and is very easy and pleasant to work with. His personalized service and clear communication are appreciated by me and my tenants.

Pretty happy with their service and delivery/installation/etc!!Ordering was easy, I had an issue with my card but the owner called me up to help me get the order through on the phone which was awesome.Just took off a star since I was told delivery would happy at 3:30 on a Monday, but then was told it would be after 3pm, which is fine normally. Unfortunately they didn't stop by that day, and I got a text the next day an hour before they were coming, and I had to leave work to meet them last minute. Luckily I have a flexible schedule so no big deal, but a heads-up that they weren't coming that day would have been great since I took some time off work to be there.All in all, great service and super friendly!!

The purchase experience was great store is clean and the seller is very professional. No sale pressure at all (or if there was any, it wasn't felt) overall great experience for the purchase of our new fridge. Thinking of coming back if the other appliances break down.

Great prices, good quality items and excellent customer service!A friend recommended this company so we went to the shop on Friday, July 29 and were assisted by Ash. He answered all our questions about delivery, installation, and differences between appliance models. We purchased a fridge, an oven, and washer and dryer so we got a reasonable discount (THANK YOU ASH!). We also appreciate that the delivery is flat rate whether we purchase one or four or six items, and that they can deliver as early as Monday right away! Plus they offered water and coffee, much love! :D10/10 would recommend!

Friendly sales staff, great selection of out of box and used (well refurbished) appliances and furniture and fantastic price. I bought fridge and freezer here 8 years, and they still work perfectly!
