What can I say. Been to alot of other marinas and by far this is one of the best places to be. Forget yatch clubs. The docks and maintenance at this place is incredible. Oh can not forget the staff including the contractors that work there are always helpful. Even if your In competing trade

Great place to haul out and friendly staff.Very packed marina ; there is a marine store right there for things you need when on the hard!

Well sheltered and well used marina, with great access to Howe sound, excellent facilities, friendly helpful staff, and a surprisingly active group of seals just waiting for the successful fisherman to return to the cleaning table.

Good to have some spare part near the marina!

5 stars because I really can't find much wrong with this place other than tight traffic patterns in the water.Bought our boat from these guys and they were great to deal with, advice was spot on and we even used the canvas guy on location...really helps to have all these services here and good prices too.I'm going to guess mooring here is pricey but hey if you are in the market and this location makes sense you get what you pay for.Personally I try moor in at least brackish but I'd recommend for anyone that doesn't have a preference.

It is great place, very well organized, most of the marine equipments are supply in Marina, it is great for lift up the boats, power wash etc. it is safe and reasonable price. A lot of parking spots. Great management very friendly, crew answering all your questions, very glad to have that marina with the service suppliers, in West Vancouver because we do not need to go far away for the service or purchasing some little items. They are friendly

Great haul out experience! I was on the hard for 8 days and was really impressed with the level of customer service! The entire staff were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Helpful tip.... Keep to the port side as you proceed through the narrow channel approaching the lift. I would recommend airing on the side of caution with a higher tide as it's narrow with Ltd manoeuvrability and especially shallow on the starboard (land) side.There is a marine store nearby which is handy for last minute supplies. It's a little pricey but the convenience makes it worth it.Vancouver Outboard is on site for engine issues and there is also canvas repair available. Everyone is busy so best to book in advance but it's convenient having so many services available in one location.Performance Yachts is conveniently located right at the yard and the owner, Ryan, is truly outstanding and incredibly knowledgeable. He managed to squeeze my boat in for some essential repairs, despite his busy schedule, which made it possible to get back in the water more quickly. He handles it all with grace, calm, respect and kindness.I honestly couldn't have asked for a better haul out experience. Thanks so much Ryan, Paul (& son!), Jordan, Sylvain and Diego!

Was very grateful to the staff of Thunderbird Marina today. After the heavy rain and snow our boat was sitting a bit low in the water. We were notified by the Marina and then when I went to check it out, the staff was friendly and very quick to offer assistance. Thanks guys!
