I've worked in the industry and I'm extremely comfortable with the innards of computers, but when Google and elbow grease can't help me get my machine fixed, the only person I trust to know more than me is Joe; when the computer person in your family has a problem they can't fix, they're probably taking it here.

Joe was amazing! We needed a new laptop for my autistic daughter, and I had no idea where to start. He asked me many questions to get a full understanding of exactly what we would be needing, offered me options, and even helped us get everything set up. His patience and easy-going manner with this stressed-out momma made ALL the difference in the world. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of computer help!
