Lack of professionalism and lack of accountability. They're similar reviews. I am assuming friends and family have left positive reviews to counteracting the legitimate reviews utilizing thier services. Avoid them if you can.

This company should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism and accountability. Our neighbour has hired them to complete landscaping work since the spring. However they have been blocking the street for over a month, damaging neighbouring property, starting a project over a month ago but never on site. The list goes on. The odd time we see someone at Fresh Start, they are here to smoke cigarettes and play on their phones. It’s been weeks since any meaningful work has been done. It’s an insult to the people that live in the area to have to live in a construction zone for so long. It’s amateurish and borderline ridiculous….

Friendly and professional staff made my experience getting my backyard and deck completed in a timely and efficient manor. Highly suggest this company as they went above what they are required to ensure customer satisfaction!Spoke with Dallas and he personally helped me figure out what I needed to make my dream back yard.Very content with the final product!

Used freshstart to help us build a platform for our little skatepark and they did an excellent job. definitely will be using them again for future projects!! Cheers

We are beyond thrilled with the beautiful professional job Fresh Start has done!!! They provided a detailed estimate of the work to be provided and they were extremely neat with cleaning up tools and machinery at the end of each day. The sod provided was very high quality and they were meticulous with the patio stone configuration. We really appreciated the extra hours they worked on the weekend and into the dark of night to complete the job before the weather turned. We would definitely recommend this company!

Saterday Sept 25,2021 from 1:30-4pm. Same company (Chucks landscaping) New Name. Would definitely not recommend this place. Driver of the dump truck came blasting (full load of concrete as you could clearly see it over the sides of the truck WITH NO ROLL TARP covering) through shopping center at Henderson and Chief Peguis to get to a job they were doing on donwood. Driver of the truck did not stop at stop signs. Went through the gears like a mad man. The over revs between gears….. Over the speed bumps while pounding through gears. This all while friend and I sat and enjoyed a coffee in Tim’s lot. Went through several times while we were there. Almost hit a black car first time we saw him leaving lot. Total bully driver with concrete over the top of truck I’m going to say she was overweight. Slab we saw sitting on the very top was like section of sidewalk. Was a big piece. Pictures are of him pulling skid steer and trailer honking his air horn for a Safeway semi to move. The Safeway semi was waiting for pedestrians to cross at Henderson. He had many people all shaking their heads in disbelief that he would drive in such a manner in a heavily public/pedestrian area.

I have never written a review for a business before but felt I had to this time because it was such an excellent experience.Dallas and his crew were very professional and completed all the work in a timely fashion. They showed up on time and on the date they promised they would be here. They worked all day in the heat without any complaints. They supplied all equipment (in great working condition) required for the job. They went over and above our expectations. I would highly recommended anyone looking for landscaping to see Dallas at FreshStart Landscaping.

Got a couple loads of soil from here in the back of my pickup truck I’d sure say they have great operators & very friendly people I’ll surely be back here.

Guys did my whole backyard and put up chain link fence. It was done in great timing and work was stellar. Thanks guys!

We had an amazing experience with Fresh Start Landscaping. They were very accommodating to our needs and super patient with all our questions. They couldn’t finish the job as planned due to wet ground and the potential of shifting and I really appreciate they didn’t rush the job. They were so diligent in placing stone and making sure it met our expectations. They cleaned up the yard after the job. We are so happy with their job. Thanks Dallas and team!
