Worst organization to deal with, emails take 3 months for a response. They don’t even have automatic responses, acknowledging they have received it. I don’t know how they have not been dismantled.

their call centre is so terrible they haven’t released my license and i’ve been calling and emailing for almost 2 months now, everyone gives different stories or reasoning and the managers and supervisors are so incredibly useless, couldn’t start working for over a week because they have zero urgency. Completely useless, 0 stars.

I never actually thought that a company that represents Ontario that actually hate people. I have been requesting a refund for a while because of a late notice they send out to students are in progress of trades. Clearly, it is their mistake because the backlogged and disorganized department. Politely have been asking 2 things a refund and a my certificate. Why is it so hard to ask when they just hang up mid way conversation?

This company needs to be disbanded, they take your money and do nothing. Call to make a payment for my license. Wait on hold forever to be told that now it Has to be done online, I live in the country now I have to go to the library? or I can submit a check? what is this 1982 ?

Wrote my G2 exam Feb 24th, its now June and still haven't been updated in their system. Keep being told it's due to long weekends, system malfunctions, etc. They said they have up to 12 weeks to send the new license. It's now past that, and still there are no ramifications on their side for their staff being bad at their jobs. If I had known that the government wants us in these fields, but don't care enough to complete their side within a timely manner, I probably wouldn't have picked this. Just not worth it.

not very helpful no time frame for when or if they will ever get back to you took 1 month for them to take payment and still no idea how long it will take to get certificate hopefully in another month.
