Pizza Hut Smiths Falls
Saw a bunch of negative reviews and figured there’s just a lot of grumpy people in this town. The day finally came where I, for some reason, finally decided to order from Pizza Hut. Ordered off the app and order was ready in very good time, however, my order was incorrect! Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home and it was too far to go back.Overall, pizza had little cheese and was super greasy. I can’t believe this made me log into google, write a review and morph into a Karen.

Pizza Hut Smiths Falls
A great family atmosphere! The staff greeted us within seconds of us walking in, and made us instantly comfortable. Food was delicious, you have to try the maple bacon pizza, and the bread sticks. The waitress was fast even though she seemed really busy. Our food was on our table in 15 minutes! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We will be back! Thanks pizza hut!

Absolutely horrible service. Our waiter came to take our order and as soon as my boyfriend ordered the waiter began walking away. I called him back and said that I’d like to order the creamy chicken Alfredo and he responded with “creamy garlic” as assumed there is garlic in the Alfredo I said yes please. As the waiter walked away I felt as though there may had been a misunderstanding and mentioned to my boyfriend that I believe the waiter thought I wanted a side of Alfredo sauce for his pizza. So my boyfriend went to the counter to talk to him to clear up that I was ordering a meal. Not just the side of sauce. About 5 minutes later the waiter comes out with th pizza but nothing else, drops off the pizza and began hurrying off. As I said I had ordered the pasta he said I had only ordered the sauce. My boyfriend stepped in and brought up that he clarified that I wanted my own meal. The waiter looked at us like we had 5 heads and said he would get it made right away. As he was walking away he exhaled incredibly exaggerated and was shaking his head at us. I understand being frustrated with customers. But maybe wait until they can’t hear or see you.

i would give it a better rating but, it seems that when we pay for delivery we get attitude on the phone from said delivery driver, and the time spots for this place are set for no later then 9pm, or at least for the Smiths Falls location. I would like to rectify that if your going to be a customer service worker, that you put on a fake smile and don't cop attitude with a customer that's been nothing but polite and nice to you, which we're nothing but every time! aside from this, great food awesome back kitchen staff, friendly dining service.

My husband and I ordered 2 pizza on a deal for delivery from the Smith Falls location, the pizzas showed up with little to no sauce on them and was undercooked.Called to inform the store and received a “my boss says this is how much sauce we put on the pizza”.Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to order from this location.

Absolutely terrible service, I ordered a personal pizza for myself. But before I was even finished my order he started walking away. I called him back but kept walking, so I had to go up to the desk and finish my order and my girl friends order because he only hear creamy garlic. So I went up and corrected him say she wants the chicken Alfredo , he said yes just the sauce. I corrected him once more and said no the Alfredo pasta not just the sauce, he continues punching stuff in the computer as I walked back to my table. I get the pizza with the garlic sauce in a little bowl. I asked where the Alfredo was. He said that I just wanted the sauce, I corrected him once more and said the garlic Alfredo pasta. He was getting alittle agitated and very short with us. Then as he was walking away he let out en exaggerated exhale and was shaking his head. Terrible service. Who would order the Alfredo sauce without the chicken or the pasta?Ps: there were only me my girlfriend, and another table of 2 in the restaurant. No need to be rushing away tables while someone’s trying to order.
