Service was excellent. Installed new furnace and tankless hot water system . installation went smoothly and finished on time. Plumbing pipe repair done very quickly. Service technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for great service.

Mike was efficient and attentive in helping us solve our hot water tank issues. He took time to ensure he considered all reasons why we were having difficulties. Cathy was understanding and helped get a technician booked in for us as soon as possible after the wrong weekend. Overall, I’d recommend this team to anyone having hot water tank issues!

Workers were very polite and personable. I did have to vacuum up some sawdust around the furnace door and hallway area. Also, one of the skirting panels outside was damaged and I appreciated the worker telling me. Easy fix with paint.All in all the service was good.

We were out of town and our AC failed. Chris was a life saver for our tenants. He arranged for a technician to go to our place and he was able to fix it on the spot. We are very grateful for the quick response!! We will definitely recommend them in the future!!

I had a tap installed on my back deck. When called last Thursday I was offered a few days later, Monday!!!!I wax thrilled. Manjinder arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He checked out the situation carefully, called his boss to confirm the correct location according to code and then completed the work carefully and quickly. He was kind, thorough and even cleaned up after he did the work. I am extremely impressed with the timing, the work completed and the cost of the work. I will recommend Bree-Link to everyone I know. !!!!

We had a main sewer line blockage / break . Approx 12 ft down . In excavation they had to pump water from underground springs. All in all a big repair. Bree link staff and excavator operator all careful knowledgeable and curious. Did excellent work.

Very pleasant and professional staff. The cost was so reasonable and I did not feel over charged. The fee for the tank and installation was so much less than the competitors quote who was going to install the same tank. I will switch to using this local Company from now on for all our Plumbing and Heating needs. The staff are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
