Went to this location randomly as I was running errands.They practice social distancing very well and the line moved relatively fast. Not sure why this place has low reviews but everyone was helpful, attentive, and kind. The girl out front directed and helped clients well. The tellers are helpful and polite. Also one of the nicer decorated branches. Would come back here again.

I was there earlier today around 6 o'clock and two of the three banking machines were not working. Then as the senior gentleman in front of me was conducting his transaction the machine he was using stopped working as well. The door was locked for some reason and there was a blond woman in a white dress on the other side. I knocked on the door, got her attention and notified her that all 3 banking machines were out of commission. She then told me and the other people lined up TO GO USE THE MACHINES IN THE DRIVE THRU. Really, go stand in the lane where cars drive in? Not only was it rude but she suggested we risk our personal safety for a problem she didn't even try to address. Completely unacceptable. Terrible service and complete disregard for your customers. The reviews at this branch shouldn't even get 1 star. But considering how many bad reviews this branch has over time suggests that TD head office doesn't care to look into or try to change anything about the terrible service this branch provides. I really doubt any of the TD associates who work there would stand in the drive thru. Worst TD I've been to by far

I can't even give a star. As a customer of more than 10 years, excellent credit, and solid employment history this branch has delayed, made errors on documents sent, miscomunicated an approval 2 times and taken 5 weeks to fund on a simple 35,000 loan. No return calls to.voice mails and emails requesting updates. Very unprofessional and badly run credit approval team. I am still waiting for a approval or denial goimg into week 6.

1st visit - Bad customer experience, made me sit for 2 hours for credit card and then told it cannot be done. We will ship you the credit card in 7-8 business days. Card didn’t came after a month. I had to go other branch to get it.2nd visit - Rude staff, lack of knowledge. For a small query, asked me several questions even after seeing my access card and driving licence and health card. They wanted to see my passport as well for which i have to go back home and bring it. Didn’t even accept scanned copy of passport.

Don’t deserve a star. TD is always my fav bank but this branch definitely need to train some staff. I went yesterday to open USD account, the lady at front desk told me that everyone is busy today, so I had an appointment at 4:30 today, I waited until 4:45 to meet someone, eventually I had to leave the bank.

The slowest service at this location! I do not remember TD ever being this slow. I have been with them for over 15 years and have never seen anything like this. Once you get to a teller after waiting minimum 30-45 minutes to see someone you have to stand there for an additional 5-10 minutes for them to do a simple deposit. This service should take less then 2 minutes, extremely unfortunate. I see there are other people with the same complaints so looks like they could care less about this issue.

There is always a huge line up and they don't have enough staff to handle. Manager need to take serious action. There is no one to greet. I have to wait 45 mins to reach at teller wicket. Staff members other than teller should help to walk the line and provide assistance based on needs that can be fulfilled without waiting for teller. Like, accessing safe deposit box. Very bad experience.

I was at this branch first time for financial advise and it was a pleasant experience . Anna walked into the room for few minutes, no greetings though I greeted her and not a pleasant person to talk to. I have dealt with many branches for my personal accounts, and commercial accounts for the company I work for , and I always give high mark for TD and I have been dealing with TD since 1991.

I agree with last few comments , this branch has slowest operation ever . Last couple of times I thought I just ended up at a wrong time , but no , it is definitely really slow. Massive line up and people taking forever .
