I ordered a meal for dine in, they gave me a number and I found a table and waited. 10 min later an employee walked over and gave me my food in a paper bag. I said do you have a tray? She said a tray for what? I said I ordered this for here, she then said nobody told me it was for here and walked away.

This is likely the last time I visit . As always service is beyond slow I don't think they ever have enough ppl working to fix the problem. 20+ min for a combo #1 after my blizzards were finished. Btw I was only one in the store when I entered.No lettuce, no tomato in the store

Ordered a blizzard and a 6 piece strips combo. The woman working the cash was friendly and I had the blizzard shortly after ordering. I then had to wait 15 minutes for my food... I would understand a fast food establishment taking a longer time to prepare food during a busy day but there was never more than 2 people in line. When I finally recieved my food there it was the tiniest portion of fries, and very small chicken strips. This has been a continuing trend, I wouldn't recommend ordering anything except ice cream here.

Asked for extra sauce and paid for it and never received on my Sunday …..Extremely disappointing after camping won’t be back thanks for wasting my money.

It was busy on the 29th of this monthI didn't have to wait long in line. Service was excellent and I was in ans out within 5 minutes with my cheese burgers! ( which could use a little lettuce BTW! I asked for the works and got 2 or 3 pickles. Not what I expected but still good as I was hungry.

DQ is simply a nostalgic place for me. I always used to get peanut buster parfaits with my Grandma in the summer growing up. Their current blizzard flavour is red velvet cake, which, is the best blizzard I've ever had. I hope it stays! It's also nice to see them branching out to include items suitable for other dietary preferences and/or restrictions. The staff behind the counter are usually quite friendly and quick. One helped me download the app which is full of coupons! Glad to have such a great location close to home.

Grandparents bought grandchildren a digital gift card to which 3 members of the staff had completely no idea how to enter it, effectively making the card useless at this location. Either train the staff how to input these cards or don't sell them. I've never had this issue at other DQ locations.

The service was horrible! The staff were rude, they ignored us for at least 20 minutes before taking our order, and they got our order wrong! Also, my chicken strips were raw on the inside and the burger was cold. We did not order a burger but it says a lot that they even got that wrong.
