I was quite impressed with the quality of service. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

Always friendly and courteous. Never had to wait very long. Seem to know their stuff.

Went in to have transmission fluid flush and replaced. Staff member said she was new and was unable to help. She was very apologetic - no big deal we'll come back in a couple of days as she advised. Upon returning, the tech had a look and then told me I would have to take it to a dealership because they couldn't do the transmission service. He estimated it would cost close to a thousand dollars. We left and went to Great Canadian Oil Change and they did it no problem, way less than 1000 dollars as well.We've had oil changes here and they were done quickly and professionally. No real complaints there. However I think GCOC is probably the better choice as they can offer a greater range of services. Jiffy Lube staff were really friendly at every visit.

I'm on a road trip and needed my oil changed. These guys were great in and out quick. They also went above the usual. Because of the length of the trip I was carrying a few extra items to replace if need be and that morning i noticed a headlight bulb was burnt out and these guys changed it for me no charge.Great service.

Had to call and ask for records from prior year to show dealer for warranty, from different province, records were emailed immediately, customer service was very good!

Horrible long wait! They should put some fans for the summer and no enough with that they pay attention to the last customer and leave you hanging there to wait. Don't waste your time expensive too. First time never come back again!

The guys here are always good. Ready to answer any question. And fun fact they will install lights for you too.

Went in for an oil change….and they told me they didnt have an oil filter for my car (07 mustang)…. AFTER DRAINING THE OIL!!!! I still got charged… for something useless.. they were friendly and all… but thats was definitely their mistake!

Good and fast service, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Nice of them to let me know my air filter was still in good shape and didn't need replacing. Very helpful and friendly
