Look, I enjoy the convenience of getting my stuff right away, and being able to inspect the condition of the box (Amazon sometimes...). But after spending literal thousands of dollars there since their opening, I still feel like they're annoyed at my presence whenever I walk in.I'm not even asking for help, I just need stuff that's behind the counter and they manage to make the experience irritating.

poor service is an understatement. They do not know their system, can not handle their emails, and then ask the customer to work around them and their scheduling. This starts with the management. They project on the customer as being combative and will refuse to sell anything at that point.

Bought a cpu. Had a missing pins. Refused to take it back. I do alot of business with computer canada and i typically build 6 computer a year. I have no clue how i could damage a cpu to the point where there is a missing pin.I do not recommand buying AM4 processor at computer canada as they will not honor any warranty. Beware.

You can buy stuff here fine. But if you are unlucky, sometimes you may need to line up for 1 hour before they serve you, because most of them are not going to serve you. Only 1 person gonna be at the cashier and this person will be helping customers while you and your fellow shoppers just gotta wait in line for the next 1 hour, while 10 other workers are chatting.Also if you need any after sales support or questions, don't bother email this store or Canada Computers. They don't care about you after you pay them cash. Don't even bother buying any extended warranty from these stores. I emailed this store and the headquarter. Never once replied

Pretty ordinary service, called in for a part was told they had it. Drove 45mins to have the salesman tell everyone one that if it is in the back store they can't get anything and to come back tomorrow.....seriously.....sadly ain't the first or second time something happens at this location, wont be returning back as 80% is a waste of time....thanks for nothing!

You'll find what you need at a decent price. This is my go to place before Amazon and Newegg.They never answer the phone so don't even try. The inventory online and in store could use a bit of modernization as it doesn't reflect reality.

It's my to go place for all computers , parts hard drives etc - more than amazon because they have good deals. Usually good service, but staff seems to be changing often (not an issue, just an observation). Never had issues with purchases, and when I had a defective product once, they replaced it with no fuss. I recommend
