Spent over $200 for two small framed prints. One frame the matting wasn't square and biased to one side, they fixed it while I had to wait, but it SHOULD have been right the first time, I expected professionalism. Also requested a framed matte with a backing stand, was told no problem, then when picking up - no backing stand - guy just said 'sorry we don't have any'. Unprofessional service. not going back.

Incredible service! Steve made sure I understood all of my custom framing options & helped me pick the perfect material to match my piece. I wish I could’ve thanked him in person when I was picking up, but Lisette was on hand to help me & offered the same level of expertise.

Initially we were super pleased with the offerings, however after 2 very costly framed pieces warped (we framed 6+ pieces in less than 6 months) within just a few months I wouldn’t recommend. They have less than great customer service and we will no longer be supporting this business - much better out there who can do the job and actually appreciate your business.

I can not recommend Telegramme more highly. I had an issue develop with a piece, through no fault of theirs, well after I had it framed by them. Ian, without hesitation explained what had happened and offered to repair the piece free of charge. He did it quickly, and kindly. I am immediately gathering up all the things I've been waiting to frame and marching them over to Telegramme, asap.
