Been with Spot Power for over 5 years for both electricity and natural gas. Prices always beat averages, and the way they set up the option to lock in electrical is great. Customer service is solid. 2 things to improve: having a lock in option for natural gas - many other retailers have this - and a simple referral program versus the complex earnings program.

We made the switch to Spot Power many years ago now and no regrets whatsoever. We are rural in central AB on Atco lines with Spot Power as our provider.We have saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars compared to the RRO over the years! I like and appreciate the line credit we receive for leaving a large deposit (the Prudential paying 5% annual) with Spot when we first opened the account.We manage the account completely online with no-fail email notices to alert us when the bill is ready for download, and automated bill payment through online banking. I only recall once having an issue with their site or logging in and I consider them completely reliable.

Buying from Spot Power I know I'm paying the best price for power each day. The bill fluctuates, but the fee for administration is very modest and Spot and I lose or gain together - nobody is making outrageous profits or big losses on my power.

Spot Power continues to serve us with Huge savings on our electricity. Since the installation of solar panels, we have benefited from lower than normal bills thru the winter and No bills thru the summer with rebate savings. Great, great service. Thankyou
