Had a very good experience at this store yesterday, got lucky to get a good sales associate SONI who took time to explain the plans and phones according to my choice. She was a very good handler and gave me the best deal for phone and home internet.Really happy with her service and would recommend everyone to get their phone from there

Rick was very patient and knowledgeable in guiding us through the right phone fit for both myself and my husband. He listened to our likes/dislikes and did not not push us into something we did not really want or need. He started out with basic prices and gave us the options without overwhelming us with too much info. He left us to talk it over and then took the time again to walk us through the the package we chose so we fully understood what we would be paying. I was very pleased with his service and his salesmanship. We walked away with two news phones and confidence that we were going to be very content with our decision thanks to Rick.

Today I went to the Carling wood mall at the virgin cell phone both, that’s where I met the wonderful customer service personnel Soni, she was the most amazing customer service person I have met in a long time. She deserves to be a manager. She’s doing an awesome and amazing job for your company. The other customer service individuals were also doing a great job. If ever I was to actually have a business I would have employed these amazing personnel. I really appreciate the help and explanation of how the products work. Maryna was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She helped me switch my mobile service from Koodo to Virgin and activate the $50 per person referral reward - an extremely long and complicated process which the person referring me and I would absolutely NOT have been able to do by ourselves. I’m glad to be now be a member of the Virgin family.

Brought my Son's XS Max in as the screen was not functioning. They opened and verified that the screen was bad immediately while I watched. We agreed to replace the screen at a very fair price. The phone was repaired a d verified in under and hour and worked perfectly. They included a free case for the phone as well. Very professional and fast service and I would highly recommendThanks again!Mike

I went to get a new phone this past Saturday. I just finished work and both, Rick and Fara, were friendly, and professional. I hate malls, but they made my short stay a fun one! I ended up getting an iPhone plus on a great deal and a very affordable plan!Great job guys! Tell your manager to give you a raise!
