I recently had a tour of Citizen Apartments and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Alvan. He was warm and welcoming to both myself, and my dog.Alvan was knowledge about the property, taking the time to explain all the amenities and show me floor plans I was interested in. He answered all my questions and provided information that I didn’t know I needed to know!He made me feel comfortable and at home, so thank you Alvan!

Wow where to begin,Lily working in the leasing office is incredibly helpful!, plus very funny and cool to chat with. She helped us with everything and gave us so much helpful information, also stayed back after work to help us with our application and gave us great recommendations for moving company’s as were moving last minute.Building itself it’s beautiful!, fantastic amenities and game rooms.Highly recommend.

We just had the pleasure of viewing a unit and our experience was amazing! Alvan gave us an awesome tour and took the time to really explain the facilities and tenant privileges.From the lobby to the different ameneties, everything was by far the best we've seen in Downtown. We loved how secure the place is and how everything is almost available within the building.I specially appreciate how Alvan accommodated all our questions knowing that as newcomers we didn't know much about renting and procedures here in Canada.We highly recommend to ask for him if you want to check out the place!We cant wait to move in and be tenants here!!!! Fingers crossed!!

Lily gave an awesome tour! She’s warm and welcoming. I’m not familiar with the procedure and have a lot of questions to ask. Lily is super responsive and able to answer all my questions all the way through.

Ronna the Community Administrator was amazing (actually everyone was amazing). The lobby was nice and the second floor was the best in amenity services I’ve ever seen in any building. From the moment I moved to Edmonton this was the building picked as my number one residence of choice. The suite didn’t disappoint. Ronna was smart and able to answer all my questions. Just wanted to say thanks to the entire team for being nice and professional. Probably the best part of the tour was watching Ronna stop by a table because she saw something out of place and quickly putting it back in order. Now that’s attention to detail.

Very kind and hospitable team. The property is just amazing, great location, incredible views from the balconies, everything is new and works great. Thanks to the administrator Lilia for her work, she always meets with a smile, very friendly and helpful. My husband and I really enjoy living in such a large and beautiful building. Lily was just perfect. She welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. She even offered me a coffee.She was very professional and she was able answer all my questions.The Tour was amazing and she really sold that idea of community which I like.At the end of the tour, she took time to breakdown and recap everything for me.I did at least 10 visits of different building and I have to say, Lily was exceptional and went beyond my expectations.

I had the pleasure of getting a tour of the building, amenities and several of the suites by Alvan as a potential tenant. Alvan was thorough, patient going over everything, personable and even allowed my dog to accompany the viewing! Lily was also another leasing professional that was incredibly helpful in addressing any questions, concerns and follow up for me. The highlights of this building are it's brand new and has beautiful amenities, friendly staff, and is super dog friendly.
