I was completely ignored, staff was on the phone, I kept asking where things were and she was so engrossed in her conversation.

****BEWARE OF SCAMMERS****I went to the location to purchase a new Andis T professional beard and hair trimmer. Originally the location had 2 in stock when i went in to purchase the razor and i chose the first box on display. After leaving with my purchase, I hadn't considered opening the box to check the product until i reached my next destination and thats when i realized the razor was used, rusted and broken. I returned to the location right away to ask for an exchange as the product i purchased was damaged and clearly well used. Instead of agreeing to an exchange, the employee refused and stated that i should have opened the box before leaving the store and that she actually believed i had taken the newly" purchased razor and replaced it with my own used and broken razor... in that case

Customer service needs to improve drastically in person and on phone for all locations. Rude and uncouth attendants, sale of expired products on shelves and owner refuses to bring them down or trash them! Owners act like they are doing their customers a favour. Very unpleasant shopping experiences so far!

Poor customer service…..but well stock up shop for African foodstuffs

Bought moimoi leaf at the Macleod trail store and it gave people food poisoning which landed some of them to the hospital.Please kindly check the smell of the leave or source. I did call to complain about it and they promise to make amends.

The store is a good one, however, customer service is at zero for most of their staff. They are not very helpful, absolutely rude, fights and insult customers. I understand the owner wants cheap labor, but should make effort to train her staff. The Dami girl there is not fit to work in that position. She lacks manners and some other as well. You don't expect customers to be afraid to ask questions or for help, thats is why you are there. If you don't like your job quit!

Good place for all your African foods, spices and other household stuff. The service is always warm and friendly.

Everything sold in this store in the form of grounded stuff is filled with sand and particles I don't know. Please, can you check what you are selling to the public?
