Came out to look at washer, said it needed a part and would call in 1-2 days to let us know. Never called. Had someone else come out and replace it.

Service man was prompt, polite, and did a great job diagnosing and repairing the problem. The dryer was overheating. The heating element was faulty and he replaced the thermostat. I definitely would recommend Fond du Lac Appliance Repair.
