Dr. Ronald F Krebs & Assoc

Dr. Krebs is awesome. Has been my eye doctor for over 12 years now. I drive all the way from Windsor because I refuse to go anywhere else. Really appreciative to how much he has helped me.

Met with Dr Krebs last week. Terrific experience. In light of an unfortunate accident I lost most sight in an eye 42 years ago. Since then I have seen many Optomitrist's over the years. By far Dr Krebs was the most thorough and I believe most accurate in his diagnosis.After just one visit I feel more confident with Dr Krebs than I have at anytime over the last 40 plus years!

Dr. Krebs is by far the best Doctor I have ever been to and at 64 I have been to a few . He was never rushed and I felt like I was talking to a old friend . And over the last 24 years he has always remember me and the things we talked about .Dr. Krebs staff is friendly and very helpful and go out of there way to help you .I recommend them to all mt friends .

Due to COVID I was expecting to have to wait months for an appointment, but to my surprise I only had to wait less than a month. I even got in 20 minutes earlier than my scheduled exam time. Dr. Krebs himself was very polite, knowledgable, and listened to every concern I had. He did not give me a sense of feeling rushed like most doctors do. He also does not try to sell" you on more expensive lenses which I was impressed with. I left feeling good about my appointment. His staff are also very friendly and professional. They take their sanitization protocols seriously and I was overall very impressed. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone."

Not friendly or helpful one bit.When I asked about trying safety prescription work glasses in seemed to bother staff.I’ve been wearing glasses for 15 years and first time not asked to try on to make sure all ok.Will never go there again.Very dissatisfied

Dr Krebs might be an excellent Optometrist but the booking arrangement is terrible. I had already waited about 6 months (or more, I forget it was so long ago) for my appointment when it was cancelled due to Covid-19. Now after I contacted them to rebook they are taking appointments for 10 months out. When I left the message for them to call me (to rebook) the message said they aren't taking any walk ins" at this time. So I waited 6+ months for an appointment while they took walk-ins. They have booked 10 months of eye appointments without seeming to consider those that they cancelled. I'm sure there is a reason

Usually when I go to appointments I feel like a car at a car wash. Not warned about anything being done to me, rushed and embarrassed to ask any questions.This is NOT what I felt at Dr Krebs' office. He was incredibly attentive and professional. Personable and patient. I recommend them thoroughly!

Used to live in Brantford, Ont. Dr. Krebs is a very caring, loving man. Just wonderful. Never found another optometrist as caring, etc., as dr. Krebs.

I stopped going to Dr Krebs when he betrayed my trust in a family court proceeding. I'm often in Brantford; ask me anytime about what he does to his patients.

had my eyes checked and they changed the lens in two pair of my 1 glasses. After one day of wearing my new lens I got terrible headaches and went back to the office and complained. They rechecked my eyes and said the 'reading' part of my bifocal was low on my lens. I couldn't read with my new lens and I still get headaches. If I look through my right eye I can read a bit and if I look through my left eye I can read at all. They did not fix my lens to go with my eyes or even make an offer. I will never go back and now have to go elsewhere to get new lens so I CAN READ! a disgusting customer service!!!
