I always visited this location. It used to be nice one but last few times I visit they were very rude.. and even the lady recommended other insurance companies instead or provide explanation... today I went to get a quote for my brother and she said it will take a month to process and she gave me other insurance companies name.. she didn’t even opened her computer and try to do quotes for me.. very disappointed and never going back again......

Zero" star horrible service .After waiting for more than 12 minutes for someone to greet me I have been told (she didn't even check the system) you can go and shop number for your car insurance this is the best number we can do which was very high ."

Called for car insurance.. The lady on the phone said she would call back in 30 mins once my reports pulled.. I have no problems on my record.. 2 days later still no call after 2 follow up calls.. Horrible! I may even switch my bank if this is the way they work..

I went to this RBC Insurance branch for a car insurance quote and was VERY impressed with the great customer service I received. The staff are friendly, helpful and very informative. They also have very reasonable car and home insurance prices!
