The tastiest and best value food I had in my whole 30 days Canada trip! Not fancy, but simple, delicious and nutritious. Home cooking food is the best. As a foodie I'm satisfied. The owner was nice too. Btw, cash only, so be prepared.

Cloud 9 Delicacy is truly a hidden gem that I stumbled upon during my food hunt in the city. Their fried chicken is out of this world and the customer service is top-notch.Let me start with the fried chicken, which was cooked to perfection. The crispy golden brown crust gave a satisfying crunch with every bite, revealing moist and tender meat inside. The seasoning was spot on, bringing a balanced mix of savory and subtle spiciness that made the flavors pop in my mouth. Even without any dipping sauce, the chicken was incredibly flavorful and addictive.But what made the experience even more special was the customer service. The staff at Cloud 9 Delicacy went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated.

Reasonable pricing, very generous portions, tender meat, fabulous sauce dressing.Side dishes are well seasoned too.The rice was a bit wet for my Bento.The wait was about 15 minutes, was not too bad for a Saturday 2pm order

Must try! The chicken was sooo tender and juicy, simply the best we've had. The pork belly was not as tender as we expected but very tasty and flavourful. They also included lots of veggies and pickles. Potion was huge too and the food wasn't too salty.

Cloud 9 Delicacy is a vendor inside the Empire Centre food court. They specialize in Taiwanese cuisines from the street side cafes found in Taiwan. Their signature dish is the Taiwanese style fried chicken (also known as Salt and Pepper Chicken or popcorn chicken) which has a juicy piece of boneless chicken deep-fried inside a crunch breaded outside that has a savoury flavour. We also tried their marinated chicken which is reminiscent of fried chicken that has been re-immersed in a marinade. Both orders came accompanied by generous side dishes of vegetables and eggs. The owner is abrupt to stay super efficient in order to keep the wait times down. Even with her efficiency, be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. But the wait is worth the terrific taste they serve. Definitely one of the best Taiwanese cuisines in town.

This place has big portions with fair prices! I always get the rice combo Taiwanese Fried Chicken/Popcorn Chicken/Chicken Nugget ($14 now) and this could feed me twice. I recommend going before late afternoon so the food is more fresh. The rice I got was a bit too soft. As for the service, it was nice and fast.

This place is amazing. $14 for a large portion of Taiwanese style fried chicken. Lady is super nice and friendly too, and efficient. The place sells out super quick so go early if you want a portion!The real taste of Taiwanese value and quality!

This place is a hidden gem in Richmond, must try the popcorn chicken and braised pork with rice, they're both amazing. The staff were ok, expect a 10-15min wait time.Their chicken is so tender and tasty, the braised pork is flavourful but not tender enough. Surprisingly, the lemon green tea with honey was also great! Not too sweet or bitter, just perfect. Wouldn't eat this every day, maybe every other month- still deserves 5 stars, will visit again!

盐酥鸡 fried popcorn chicken is a popular snack sold at a lot of places. It is true that this place is among the top quality. I can tell they are use the good ingredients. The meat and the seasoning are both fantastic.

Freshly fried with a super crispy outer layer. The chicken inside is juicy and well-seasoned!Provide generous portion of meat and rice that is sufficient for two people!I also love their side dishes! They are all flavorful and mouth-watering!I would definitely come back and try other dishes~
