So I see a lot of negative reviews, but every time I have been to this location, I have had no issues. I went there just a week ago and the staff was extremely friendly. The staff member even gave me a sample while they were making my drink. I was very impressed with the service I received.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Each and every staff are absolutely incredible and my smoothies are always amazing! I work in the Pen Centre and grabbing Booster Juice and chatting with the employees has become a daily part of my day and this location really makes it something to look forward too, 5 stars is not enough!

Worst and longest experience of my life for a smoothie. Bananas were rotten and you can taste the rot. My smoothie" was liquid and barely cold as soon as I got it

I proceeded to order a smoothie today at 11:30 am and was told they had no strawberries. That's like the main component of most of the smoothies. I then picked out a juice instead and was told the juicer was broken. I gave up. Why were they even open with 2 employees? Someone should be fired for not keeping track of stock.

it can be slow. but it's worth the wait. i can't always afford it either but when i can, i go. delish and a good size for what you pay. juicer is fixed and they have a new menu. i enjoy what i get, yum, yum. also i work in the mall and there are A Lot of people wandering around with those cups. so they are doing something right.

Every single order that I place through Door Dash, which is every single weekend, has been incorrect. Wasted money each and every time!Not only does it take forever, but it arrives melted and wrong each and every time.The weekend staff here should be fired! I have never experienced such poor customer service, nor have I ever seen so many errors with such small orders.Don't waste your money here, because clearly the staff, the management, nor the owner care about the incomepetnce of their staff and location.If you want a great Booster Juice, then make the trip down to the Ontario Street location, because the staff and quality here are something to be proud of.

This is normally my favorite place!! We got 2 snack size, they were both made so wrong! They had to give my husband a whole new one cause his first one tasted like water, and they just added mango to mine and called it fixed. The staff must've been new, I've been here a million times and never had an issue. It was a waste of money today. I hope it was a one off and not the new norm.

Honestly took us 25 minutes to get our 2 drinks. Only about 4 people ahead of us. Two people in front of us waited about 20 minutes before just leaving. There were 3 people working behind.....just super slow.Lots of angry customers!!!
