Terrible..can't use bank machine after 8pm daily or on weekends..so I'm forced to use others and be charged 3 dollars!! I do not drive and I live downtown so my options are limited..have to spend an extra 30 a month using other machines..ridiculous!! I will be switching banks!!

Why is it impossible to find a way to reach people by phone from outside the branch?No list of employees, no telephone/extension numbers.We have been customers since the 1970's but feel like outsiders

Also frustrated at the lack of access to the ATM, and being closed on the weekend. Not to mention a few times I've noticed this location being closed mid day during the week? I had access to the ATM, but no tellers. Do they just make up their own hours? Needless to say I just avoid this location now.

Withdrawing money and switching banks. Antiquated ATM machines that are not designed to take the new polymer bills. Most of the time to take 5 or 6 tries just to get the machine to take the bills. No other bank ATMs are like this. Fix your machines.

Just wanted to add my voice to the choir complaining about this atm being closed on the weekends. This was a major inconvenience for me this morning.As a downtown person I am not willing to pay extra money to use another atm. The only solution I see is to simply switch banks and take advantage of the competitions free $300 offer. It’s win win.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful . The only thing that I dislike about this Bank is location. Almost everytime I go to this location there are some pushy people waiting for individuals going in and outside bank hassling then for money.

Most of the staff are friendly. However,a lady in this bank was terribly rude to me and my friend. She did not offer any useful help and her words, i think, are quite racist.

The doors to the ATM are locked after hours because im guessing many homeless people sleep in the atm lobby. They put a machine outside now. To all the cpmplainers do you lock your garage at night?

Why tf would a downtown bank be closed on the weekend and I can't even use a ATM downtown.TD would rather inconvenience it's customers than let the odd homeless person sleep inside and not pay for security. It's easy to lock everything up and screw all the customer and make them go much further.
