I first met Mr Chung when he was called into our Long Term Home to help my husband with his hearing aid issue. He had lost one when he was in the hospital and the other wasn't working well.He was very patient and caring while he listened to the problem. After testing my husband who has dementia he proposed a set of new hearing aids. But before we looked at that he was willing to look at the previous assessments sent from the Leeper Clinic at Western to compare his assessment with their latest one from a few years back. After much discussion he was willing to walk away and allow us to ascertain how to proceed. He never pushed or pressured us. After a period of time he presented another type of aid that he felt would be appropriate for my husband's needs. We finally agreed and my husband is very happy with these aids. Haedong comes in to my husband's home every three months to check out their efficiency and our satisfaction. Since then I have needed a hearing test myself and chose to go to him as he was so easy to talk to. We are very happy with the service that Better Hearing provides.

I have been using Better Hearing Clinic for several years. I started when Headon was apprenticing at a bigger clinic. I was so impressed by his service that I switched to him as soon as he opened Better Hearing. Beside being a talented professional he is also courteous, gentle and puts his clients before anything else. His rates are reasonable and service superb. If you need a Hearing Aid go to him. I am 85 years old and depend heavily on him.
