Good morning,I do not recommend this facility. I had an experience here where the representatives working the counter were quite ignorant and provided misleading information about their workplace. They have two doors for entrance, yesterday they allowed people to go in the EXIT door and today it is forbidden. Disorganized and unprofessional, one teller had their customer speaking to me instead of herself, whereas she was not involved in the conversation nor was this her business to put her nose into. Hostile environment, I felt quite discriminated based on my age as well. I suggest waiting to make an appointment with the Belleville location or any others.Thank you.

This was the fastest experience I've had at Service Ontario.

No wait, great parking out back, and friendly people behind the counter that helped me out and give me advice on using my UVIP! My first pleasant MTO experience

Great experience. Walk in, quick knowledgeable and friendly staff. I registered a new vehicle, renewed the license on my other vehicle, applied for a new drivers license that required a photo and renewed my health card. In and out in 15 minutes! Fantastic!

Absolutely miserable human beings. I'd rather drive an hour any direction to avoid dealing with the ignorant people here.

They never answer the phone like never. Yes I always call during open hours. Also, the staff have very poor clientele service its awful. Never smile , always rude and ignorant. However, they are efficient its quick.

We showed up 20 minutes early on a Saturday, as was 2nd in line. The CSR was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fast. All around, a 5-Star experience.

I arrived at a not-so-busy time of the day, there's a sign requesting that only 3 customers at a time be inside the office and I waited only for a couple of minutes before one of the three people left. The agent who served me was quite pleasant, contrary to what I have come to expect from government offices. I was in and out within 10 minutes and accomplished what I had come to do with no issues.

Worst location ever. Like seriously ever. Call multiples times to ask a very simple question. Odds are the phone won't be answered. Yes they were open each time I called. .but they just let the phone ring and ring and ring til it auto hangs up on you. When you do go in, be prepared for ridiculous customer service. Snarky workers. Very easy things made into something much bigger. Seriously, if you can, make the drive to Belleville or any other location. Save yourself a huge headache.

Great service but office needs to be bigger - Trenton is growing
