I have had 7 appointments double booked or lost in the 5 months. After the 6th time I said I would never return. They apologized and booked my next appointment for free which was also double booked when I got there. Just unbelievably poor customer service for the exuberant prices they charge. I highly recommend not wasting your time here like I have.

Lots of helpful tips and services beyond hair. We had pedicures there, as well as, a haircut and they were friendly and caring. Looking forward to booking a massage there in the new year.

What amazing service! I came in with extremely damaged bleached hair & I decided to go back to my more of my natural colour. Sandra took such great care , explained what she was going to do, and I’m extremely happy with the end result! I 100% recommend this salon!

Worst experience I have ever had with a place. The drama and gossip and complete lack of professionalism was inexplicable! I can only speak to this place as someone who hired" them for a wedding however

Every employee that has cut my hair here has been extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They also get the haircut right every time, unlike other places.
