I said YES to the dress. Caela Scott was the first and only bridal shop I needed to go to. I felt that they had a great selection. The employee that helped my group was Ashley; she was fantastic! She was so patient; I struggled to figure out what I liked and tried on a ton of dresses and she never made me feel rushed. She worked quick and efficiently. I only picked out a couple of dresses to try on and then she picked out some based on what I was liking about certain dresses. She ended up helping me find the perfect dress that was under my budget and that is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Great overall experience; I would recommend Caela Scott to any other bride.

Before my appointment at Caela Scott, I had probably tried on 40+ dresses. While I found a few I liked, they just weren't the one. My experience at Caela Scott was nothing short of amazing. My consultant was Elaine and she was extremely patient and honest. Because my wedding isn't until next fall, we weren't planning on purchasing a dress for at least another six months. However, I found the one and it just so happened to be a discontinued piece. Elaine did not push me (and even helped me into other dresses after seeing me reaction in my dress). I ended up going back the next day to buy it. Because I had dealt with rude, pushy consultants at other shops, it was a breath of fresh air and I was more than happy to give Caela Scott my business. I will also be going back for bridesmaid dresses when the time comes. Thanks Elaine and Caela Scott team!

We had an amazing experience! We came in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment with hopes to just look around and get some ideas. Elaine was great and was able to fit us in to dressing rooms in between appointments! I found my dress and bridesmaids dresses within 2 hours! Our wedding is coming up quick and Elaine called and asked about rush orders available and was able to pull off everything we needed. Very Happy Customer! Ask for Elaine if you can--she made the experience!

The staff at Caela Scott is amazing!! Their selection of Mothers’s dresses was awesome! I never would have tried on some of the dresses but they know their stuff! I found my dress and can’t wait to wear it! Elaine really understood me and how hard shopping for Mother's dress can be. She took the time to help me find what I was looking for...she’ll do the same for you!

I came to find a mother of the bride dress. The clerks were not very interested in helping me and said I could purchase a long gown and just cut it off to make it shorter. Mom taught me to sew and that is not the correct answer. You don't just cut a skirt off. I left and will not be back. Heading to Becker's in Lansing and then Sak's in Troy.

We had a really terrific experience shopping for mother-of-the-bride and grandmother-of-the-bride dresses. The selection was quite extensive and working with Elaine and Ashely couldn’t have been better. They were so patient and so helpful with everything from zippers to colors and ordering to ideas about alterations. I can’t recommend highly enough (and the experience doesn’t hold a candle to all the ordering online and returning we had tried, of course).

This has weighed heavy on my mind I purchased a beautiful wedding dress from your boutique about a year ago, and the young lady that helped me find this beautiful gown was amazing if I remember correctly her name was Avery. She had taken pictures of me saying yes to the dress and asked if I would become a follower on your boutiques page and I did she told me my picture would be posted. I was so excited because that picture was going to part of my wedding journey. But my picture was never posted and I was very disappointed. I don't know if I just didn't fit in the narrative of your boutique or if it was a mistake that it wasn't posted I found myself looking for the picture everyday and was sadden everyday I checked. I was going to say anything but it bothered me that much.

My sister and I had been to many, many bridal shops looking for her dress. This was the place that had the one. Also my bridesmaid dress! Picked one tried it on...perfect. we did not have an appointment, it was a stop in and they accommodated us. Wonderful ladies. We even made her late closing up and she didn't mind at all. Class A kind of place. A big Thank you to those ladies!

I made an appointment (recommend this), and the staff member who helped me was so friendly, efficient, and insightful to finding the right kind of dresses to try on.
