Worst service. I received email from Scotia-bank to pick up my card it says need a photo ID driving Lisence is good email mentioned it but the guy working there didn’t give me card, he even verified all of my information asked for debit card and other verification. At last told me to bring passport. They should consider other time not everyone is free

This branch should have 1 star rating not 2. Slow and incompetent staff. They haven't been able to fax a piece of paper in 3 days. Just avoid this branch at all costs. It doesn't have a 2 star rating for no reason.

Employees here just like to sit in their chairs without doing any work, asking customers to go to bigger locations. Such a waste of time.

I like banking with Scotiabank and the frontline staff here are great. Unfortunately, I rarely have a positive experience here. The branch manager seems inexperienced and doesn't really know good customer experience. Empower your frontline to make decisions - everything needs to be checked with manager. Today, I asked for a bank draft and they base it on home branch in terms of what can be done with the fee. Great way to make it work like one team, one goal over there Scotiabank! Review your manager and customer experience training at this branch - great opportunity for improvement. Carmine will appreciate it.

Worst Place for any Banking services.My Appointment for account opening was from 10am to 12pm.I reached there around 11.They said they can’t assist me now because i supposed to come at 10.I said email said that timing is 10 to 12.They said sorry and go away.I took off from work for this appointment.Never want to go this branch.Never ever.

Worst service ,I closed safe box and overloaded fees . I am unable to walk.76yrold.have to visit for issue cashier no efficient ,visit ed 20 March , now again have to call for taxi .

Worst bank ever. Called before hand to pay off my mortgage was told I could do it at teller went to the bank teller said she did not know how then she said I would have to wait to talk to someone 20 minutes later I walked out. Called there number got the service centre talk to person there they said I have to make appointment ok can I make appointment she said they were booked all next week I told her I was paying interest on my loan and I just wanted to give them a check and sign a piece of paper 5 min when I was in the bank lots of loan officers there just sitting in the offices she said she would transfer me to bank manger ok . Went to voice mail he is not in on Friday left message that I be in on Monday to pay off the mortgage one way or another. Do I have to call my lawyer to pay off my loan. I guess if I was getting a loan I would have been seen right away. How the can treat customers like that is beyond me. Don’t use Scotia bank worst bank ever.

Bank system all together is not great, staff is not trained properly. I am getting the run around. My accounts keep getting frozen every time I transfer money. I get the wrong information.

Most horrific branch ever. These people working here are the most disoriented and unprofessional bunch that you can ever find anywhere. I have been there numerous times because this is close to my house, but they never ever fail to disappoint.Also, it happened to my wife today that they had booked an appointment to open FHSA account with a russian named financial advisor but when we went, we were told that they have not started to open those accounts. Why book the appointment and waste our time in the first place?I can never trust this place specially atleast this branch to keep even my $1 safe. This place needs a new management and staff who actually have some common sense, the i will actually give it a second thought.

Worst experience advisor dont have proper information of banking accounts seems like everyone hired on the reference basis.
