Newly renovated yet affordable place. Secure, clean and quite building. The landlord and staff are prompt solving any issue and nice to deal with. It’s pet friendly which makes it even better. 100% would recommend.

I moved to Fox Creek with my family last year and after searching through multiple sites, this place is amazing. The owners are very friendly and always available. The manager is awesome as well. They have small items taken care for in the building and which is nice to see someone caring so much for their tenants. Its been 1 year now that I have stayed at the appartment and I have had no problems.

The furnished apartment I stayed in was so comfortable and felt like home! Amazing short term rental.The management and owners were prompt in their response time and were also very friendly.I will be back in the spring!

Thompson Arms Apartments
I was planning on leaving my apartment building until Thompson Arms took it over. Since then I have seen nothing but improvements. The buildings are clean, quiet, safe and affordable. The property managers and owners are a pleasure to deal with. They genuinely care about the well being and contentment of all their residents. They are quick to resolve any maintenance issues that come up, grass is well groomed in the summer, and the sidewalks and parking lots are well taken care of in the winter. I highly recommend Thompson Arms as they are the best landlords I’ve ever had!

I live in apartment 57 on the top floor , this building is quiet an very calm , we have 7am-11pm quiet time , if you ever have an issue with anything you text them an they send someone right away , they are on top of repairs an honestly just a great landlord! 100% would recommend moving into these buildings !

Well maintained apartment complex. Landlord is super friendly. Specially, during the evacuation due to the recent wild fire, the company came forward to provide us free accommodation in a different location until we return to town. 100% Recommended!!!!!!
