Idlewood Pool
Loved this pool! Staff are great and really friendly. Pool is deep enough for you to actually be able to swim (and get a decent workout if you feel like it) there is also the option of the shallow end. The nice thing is there's a park nearby so a BBQ and pool day sound possible (haven't really tired before). I will definitely be back again!

Not allowed in until 3 . Website said 2 pm for family swim but nobody in the pool. Staff playing cards until 3. Floors need cleaned and bathrooms have urine smell. Lots of lifeguards , no janitor.

The pool is good but one of the staff memeber is not welcoming. She is got a big foul mouth, talk behind your back. I don’t want to say her name but I overheard her commenting about me and my 2.5 yrs old daughter. It’s ridiculous. Very wrong personality working at a public place.

doesn’t notify if the pool is open/closed in real time,we wasted 30 min waiting only to know that the pool has no enough lifeguards. ~ whole evening was wasted.

Very clean nice place to go with the family. Pool is nice and cool, lots of room to tan lay down by the pool and tan.

Very nice little community pool with a little picnic area and park. In a nice location accessible easily from multiple main roads. Staff are always wonderful and friendly with a strong sense of community. I love their sink or swim challenges where kids compete in a swimming challenge and if successful get their named pinned onto a board. This pool goes from shallow to deep from side to side rather then front to back allowing for lot's of swim area for both shallow swimmers or deep end swimmers. Has a cute little slide for younger children.

I am so happy to find out there is a local pool that is free for the community! It’s a really nice, large pool! I can’t wait until it’s open again next summer - I will definitely be back!

It's fine, it cools you off. The life guards need to relax when it comes to the kids swim test. My son had to do it FOUR times because he wasn't breathing on the right strokes for them. FOUR TIMES whether or not he is breathing on the third stroke is irrelevant when he swam the length of the pool FOUR TIMES. not all of us had swimming lessons relax.
