Brendel's Septic Tank Service, LLC

Customer service is crappier than my unpumped septic system. Would not recommend and will never call again. Two words, unreliable and inconsiderate.Moved the vehicles and everything out of the driveway to make room for them to come pump the septic. Even unscrewed and dug up the riser caps to make sure everything was ready for them when they showed.In return I get a no-call, no-show after staying home from work Friday to meet them and make sure they had access to everything they needed. I even called Friday morning to confirm my appointment and was told that they would be there. Nobody showed and nobody bothered to call to tell me they wouldn't make it.They did show up eventually, unannounced and unexpected, on a Saturday morning. So I guess they got the job done in the end, just not when they promised and on their own schedule.

I used them for a graduation party on August 1st. I was told they would charge at drop off. I honestly thought they took the money. They and another company were the same price. Didn't think anything about but almost 2 weeks later they take the money with not even a call or anything. I'm not a business I have family and that really put a damper on our family. At least could've apologized nope nothing. Pretty much was told once they got situated after the tornado they charged everyone. I owe it absolutely just could've been handled better. Will not use them again

We’re buying a house that signed a contract with them the week of January 20. We’re still waiting for them to complete the job. They’re slow, rarely on site, don’t follow any deadlines, make excuses when we call for answers and they’re unprofessional. I will go out of my way to tell people not to use them.

These were gross, out of paper, no lock on one, and no sanitizer at the softball tournament.

Have used Brendel in years past but this time was the last time. Was scheduled ahead for service and made sure our tanks were dug down so the clean out guys had an easier job. First day was a rain out, but two days later we still had no call for reschedule. When we called we were told they would call us back in 10 mins. 4 hours later no call, so we called again to find out when we could expect them or if we needed to rebury the tanks for safety. They gave us a story and told us they’d be out again on Monday (today). Well, no surprise when they no call no showed again. Lack of customer service is what won’t have us return.

This is a terrible company. They are never on time and that is if they show up at all! They are not truthful and I would never use this company again. There are too many companies out there to give this company your hard earned money.

Called and scheduled an appointment to have my septic cleaned. Was given an appointment on Thursday. I called in the afternoon to verify they were still coming and the woman had an attitude and said I had to give them to the end of the day but they never showed and I didn't receive a call to reschedule. I called on Friday and was told there were issues with their drivers and that they would be out and I was on the schedule. I waited all day and called in the afternoon and was told I was still on the schedule but they never showed and I did not receive a phone call. Horrible way to do business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I found myself in a bind when I was NOT given a heads up from my contractor that they would be onsite to start the job November 29th. They were not supposed to get to me until spring. Of course, their first question was, was is the Porta-John? I told them I'll make a call, but no promises as to when one would show up. Well, Brendel's made it happen! I called ~ 9:30AM and one was delivered to my jobsite by 1:20 pm.

The driver who was pumping me out dropped the lid into the tank, not a huge deal stuff happens. He promised to be back that day or first thing in the morning. 4 days later still no lid with a pile of dirt and a stinking hole in my front yard. I’ve called 2x per day and NOBODY has ever called me back. Never never never hire this company. Now I have to waste a whole day making a new one myself and putting it in.

They pumped out our tank and their truck completely demolished our driveway. The driver apologized profusely, sent pictures to the owner, we called the owner daily for 2 weeks...... and nothing. He couldn't be bothered to come to our home to evaluate the damage himself. They caused thousands of dollars of damage to my home and won't even return a phone call. Will never use them again and I tell everyone I know to avoid them.
